The quote goes out before you leave the customer. A field service app for technicians: quote, service report and, where the country issues one, an invoice PDF from one job. Records stay on the phone. A plan follows five jobs.
For tradespeople, not one trade
Write the complaint, price the lines and send the PDF on site. The service report and the signature stay on the same job. You do not retype the work back at the office. The app is not tied to one trade. Any tradesperson who prepares a quote and a service report on site can use it.
- One job, one record The quote, the service report and, where the country issues one, the invoice come from the same job. You do not type the work twice.
- Customer, device and lines Write the complaint, add the device, and enter the lines. Up to six photos go on the service report.
- Signature when the job is done The customer signs “Received.” If the amount changes, the signature is cleared and taken again.
- Your name on the PDF The company name and logo sit at the top of every document. A backup keeps the records in one archive.
In Turkey and Italy the documents are not invoices. In Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the United Kingdom and the United States a numbered PDF can be an invoice.
